Everyone from Rei Kawakubo for Comme des Garcons and Robert Rodriguez to Ralph Lauren, Balmain and Jason Wu have jumped on the Tutu bandwagon. These fairy-like outfits are not just for ballerinas, and they will be hitting stores like H&M in a few weeks.
