Mario Testino Headlines World AIDS Day Fundraiser

Mario Testino was honored by the Aid for AIDS International for his support with this cause. New York elite attended the event including, Lazaro Hernandez, Jack McCollough, Richard Chai, Margherita Missoni, and Philip Crangi among many others. There was over $500,000 raised that went to support HIV-positive women and children in developing countries, with special attention to Latin America and immigrants in the U.S. African and Latin American countries. To go along with it's focus on forgotten countries, the event had a Latin theme which was enjoyed by Narciso Rodriguez, a gala co-chair and the winner of last year's My Hero award. Testino was humbled by receiving this award and said that in comparison to what the members of this organization do, he doesn't feel like he has done much. But with his support and contributions alone he has done more than he will ever know.
