100 Million and Counting!

Imagine being surrounded by $100 million worth of diamonds. Sounds like a dream, right? For the guests who attended Natural Color Diamonds: Naturally Rare, Naturally Beautiful, this fantasy came true.

Manny Bencomo, jeweler and owner of Manny B & Co., hosted the dazzling event at his private boutique in the John Hancock Center, on the evening of Dec. 6.

A collection of $100 million worth of naturally colored diamonds and colorless diamonds were showcased in the private salon for guests to admire and adorn themselves with, temporarily, of course. Rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings and loose diamonds lit up the two-table display in the adjacent rooms. One room featured loose colorless diamonds, bracelets and earrings. The other, featured the rare pink, yellow, blue and brown diamonds in a variety of pieces.

Each room also had a table with sushi and snacks provided by Kamehachi. In the colorless diamond room there were Jimmy Choo shoes and handbags to admire. Dennis Basso apparel was also on display.

Sam’s Wine & Spirits and Kamehachi filled guests up with the finest
champagne cocktails and sushi. Sam’s also provided guests with shots of Louis XIV, which normally cost $150!

Manny B & Co. is widely-recognized as one of the most innovative, forward-thinking jewelers in the United States. If you want to check out the collection, make a reservation at 312.337.5275 and check out the Web site at: www.mannyBAndCo.com
