Kira Plastinina has been quite the fashion sensation since opening 5 boutiques in the United States (and 40 in Russia), all while just celebrating her sweet 16 birthday, June 1st mind you. This past Saturday, the stylish teen enjoyed her launch party in LA where celebrities like Adrian Grenier, Hayden Pannettiere, Milo Ventimiglia, Audrina Patridge, JoJo, Katy Perry, Keisha Whitaker, Katharine McPhee, Khloe Kardashian, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Raven-Symoné, Stephanie Pratt and more attended. Guests were given a sneak peak of all the fall looks with a full fashion show and a special performance by Chris Brown.
