H & M's Head Designer Semi-Retires

There is a big design change at H & M, the successful mass retailer for trendy fashion. Margareta van den Bosch, who has been with the company for 30 years, is going into semi-retirement. She will stay on board as a creative adviser and continue working with famous designers on collaborations with H & M. Some of their biggest designer collections include Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney,
Viktor & Rolf, Madonna and Roberto Cavalli. Ann-Sofie Johansson (pictured) will take over her position as head of design. Johansson began working at H & M in 1990 as a design assistant and was hired by Bosch.
