Macy’s on State to host One Tree Hill Casting Call

Macy’s to host casting call and personal appearance by One Tree Hill star Lee Norris who plays “Mouth” McFadden.

What: Macy's, along with The CW, is looking to bring new residents to the CW’s hit show One Tree Hill through a nationwide casting call. Seven Macy’s stores across the country are hosting casting call events where One Tree Hill fans can create audition videos explaining why they should be selected for walk-on roles on One Tree Hill. Macy’s on State Street has been chosen as the local site to host the casting call event for the Chicago region.

With the right style and star-power, a local Chicagoan could score a walk-on role and win a “Weekend in Wilmington” at the One Tree Hill set in Wilmington, North Carolina where he/she will have the chance to spend time with the cast, see the show in production, attend a charity event and appear in an episode.

One Tree Hill fans can stop by Macy's on State Street at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2008, and create an audition video in Macy’s video booth that will be entered into the contest. One winner will be selected from the Macy’s on State Street casting call event and will be notified around February 15, 2008. If a local fan is not able to attend the casting call at the State Street store, he/she can also enter online and submit a video at www.cwtv.com/thecw/macys. One online winner will be chosen as well.

Who: In addition to the casting call, Macy’s on State Street will also welcome Lee Norris who plays Mouth McFadden on One Tree Hill. Norris will sign autographs for One Tree Hill fans beginning at 2 p.m. on the 2nd floor of the State Street store.
