Tommy Rocks

Tommy Hilfiger is deciding to switch it up and try something new. He’s working with the former drummer of the Ramones, Marky Ramone, to launch a rock n’ roll inspired line. The line will form under the Tommy Hilfiger Group’s Denim Collection. It's no surprise that Hilfiger decided to work with Ramone on this project. In the past Hilfiger has been known for choosing celebrities such as Beyonce, Britney Spears, Aaliyah, and Snoop Dogg to endorse his clothing line. Hilfiger also explains that he enjoys rock n’ roll music as well as other genres and this factor aided in his selection of a celeb endorser. The collection will be called “Rock Scene,” inspired by the 1973 music magazine. The idea of the line is to recognize influential figures in music with a modern touch and will feature apparel for men and women. Ramone worked closely with the line and feels that many designs reflect his own style.
