Jovovich-Hawk is Sadly Over

A Look from fall 2008

Nothing lasts forever in the fashion world and neither did supermodel Milla Jovovich's label.

The label, Jovovich-Hawk, debuted in 2003 and had a great deal of success with partnerships Mango and Target. The luxury boho items were also featured in many magazines and had the industry's backing, so it is a shock that Jovovich has decided to call it quits

At this point in time, there has been no talk about why the model/actress walked out, but perhaps it has something to do with having a new baby? Or maybe Jovovich has decided to concentrate on her acting career and felt that she had too much on her plate? However, in the September issue of Lucky, she did say regarding the decision, "It's like, when one door closes...I'm in a time of rediscovery, from my career to my personal style. I was looking through my pre-pregnancy clothes and found so much I had forgotten about."

One can only speculate at this point, However, Carmen Hawk, the other co-founder, has not yet made any statements on whether she will be leaving as well or if she will continue with the collection herself.

The Factio team actually went to their fall 2007 collection presentation in NYC, so this is a complete shocker to us!
