It must be nice to be Madonna… or one of her back-up dancers on her new Sticky and Sweet tour. The 50-year-old has just started her tour and in grand style. The Material Girl has gone all out for this tour with 3,500 wardrobe elements in total. 36 different designers contributed to the wardrobe of the tour – making Madonna and her dancers look nothing less than fabulous.
With nine people working exclusively for wardrobe on the tour, you know the on-stage costumes will wow the audience. Madonna, who has changed her image a number of times throughout the past two and a half decades, will also be changing her outfit at least that many times. Of all the information that has been released about the tour, my favorite element is definitely the 100 pairs of stock fishnet pantyhose she'll be wearing on stage throughout the tour. With more than 20 shows scheduled in the US alone, you will have no excuse not to see this amazing spectacle of not only music, but more importantly—amazing fashion.
